Sherpa Design rated “Best Places to Work”

Our employees have spoken, and after a detailed survey and review process, Sherpa is officially being recognized as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Oregon and SW Washington. 

The annual awards, organized by the Portland Business Journal, concluded with a grand event at the Hilton Downtown on August 15. Ten representatives from Sherpa's team attended a celebratory event to receive the honor alongside other top employers in the region.

Attendees had the opportunity to win prizes, and were encouraged to embrace the event's sports-themed dress code. Each organization received recognition on stage and were presented with a trophy.

"We are very excited to be recognized as a great place to work," said Owner Patrick Barrett. "From our founding, we have strived to build and nurture a great workplace culture focused on collaboration and excellence in serving our clients."

The Best Places to Work event was lively and succeeded in embodying the spirit of local companies fostering a positive work culture. “We had a great time. It was good to celebrate with the team and meet with other great employers in the area” said Racheal Gaffney, Administrative Director.
